And when I try to boot into the m.2 it just hangs at a black screen. Display on but black screen.

You don't have windows installed on the M.2... that's why it shows up unallocated.

I think you should install Tails Os on your flash drive and see if it boots.  Other than that delete all those partitions and try to install windows again.

 

Do you have another PC or a way to hop on discord?
