AMD 3600 idle temps problem (?)

My pc:

CPU: AMD 3600 AM4

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M

GPU: ROG 3060

Case: cougar mx410-g
Fans: 3 rear fans and 1 exhaust fan

Problem (?)

My idle temps on the cpu are going between 55-65 C and i was wondering if this is the normal idle temps and if its not what could be the problem?

What CPU cooler are you using?
