Good video editor software

Hey guys I'm in need of a video editing program, can someone suggest a good free one? Would use windows movie maker but don't have it.

 

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

Lounge PC CPU: 4790K MOBO: Asus Hero VII GPU: EVGA 3060 Ti PSU: Corsair RM650 RAM: Kingston HyperX 16gb Storage: 970 Evo 1TB

If you want Windows Movie Maker, it's in the Windows Live Essentals package: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/essentials

I don't have much experience with free video editors, so I'll let other users recommend you some.

Premiere and Sony Vegas are the most commonly used. However I don't dive into the free stuff. :/

^ pretty much top of the line software oftenly used.
