sent working pc by ups and arrived damaged, everything back in place won't power on

I just received the computer back from the buyer the GPU fan and SSD popped out during shipping.  Got them back in and now the computer wont post just rgb lights up on motherboard. 

 

I have already tried another power supply, that did not work.  I have since noticed the motherboard might not be planted right in the case so i removed and re installed and still nothing.

 

From what i have read so far everything says its either the PSU or the motherboard is not mounted correctly.  Is there any other causes that could be responsible?

it was the CPU, must have come loose somehow, and by the grace of god no bent pins. but I think the GPU is dead because it does post and display but the display is pixelated and blurry.
