Upgrading from a RX 570 4GB

I've been experiencing some issues with my GPU as of late and I'm wondering what GPU would be good to upgrade from my current one.

Budget (including currency): ~$400 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Overwatch 2, Valorant, Call of Duty, Dead drop

Other details:
CPU: i5-9400f
GPU: RX 570 4gb
PSU: 650w
Res: 1920x1080 | 144hz

Id go against the grain considering that this is 1080p, and say to upgrade the CPU first and then GPU later. whats your current RAM kit and case?

Ah, yeah i think we could go for Ryzen 5 5600 and B550m Pro4. From there you can try to sell the CPU and GPU (50-60 USD for CPU, board can go upwards of 60-100 USD but that heavily depends on what model it is, while GPU is at 50-75 USD) and net yourself an RX 6600XT or used RX 6700XT cash.
