Vertical GPU mount Help

Hello,

 

I need a new PC case and want to mount my GPU vertically.  My issue is I also need to use a PCIe USB Card in one of the slots.  Does anyone know of a case that could do this? Either both cards Vertically or Gpu vertical and Pcie in slot.

 

I've been looking at the Thermaltake P3, but I dont think it'll suit my needs.  But friends don't let friends buy Thermaltake.
