Windows Only Using Ethernet

Go to solution Solved by Senzelian,

The Wi-Fi driver is very likely missing. You should be able to see that in Windows device manager.

Still missing the drivers. It won't show up until you have drivers installed.

Have them look for "unknown" devices in Device Manager.

There's a 95% chance they just need to install the drivers for their WiFi adapter, and a 5% chance their computer physically doesn't have a WiFi adapter. (Never trust a user's word.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

if you have a cabled network use that since the driver is installed. go to your mainboard manufacturer.. and look up your mainboard, under support you should find drivers.. download wifi drivers and install them.

if you don't have cable.. do it on another pc and move them over via a usb thumbdrive.
