system does not post after setting ram speed

So i bought 3200mhz 2x8 ram and put it in my pc (had 8 gb before).

i put the new ram speed in and i think it said it was at 2133 speed.

so i went into the bios and set it to xmp 1 (3200mhz)

i clicked save and exit but my system wouldn`t post

the leds of my motherboard would turn on but no gpu/cpu or normal fans were spinnig.

took out the cmos battery and put it back in after 10 mins, but no result anyone know how to solve this?
(i tried putting my old ram but no post)

did you do this with the PSU plugged in?

psu cable out and pressed power butten couple of times

run in single channel mode (take one stick out)

mobo is asrock b250 gaming k4

btw i found out my i5-7400 supports up to 2400mhz (i think)

Your motherboard does not support 3200 mhz just run it 2133 to be safe.
The motherboard site also says up to 2400 mhz

Have you attempted to reinstall your previous RAM since? AKA normalizing it back to the previous hardware configuration?
