its good for what it is, does ok in gaming ( wouldnt put a high end CPU in it ) 10400f no problem

No idea. Never read up on that series of motherboards.  Just do a quick google search or youtube : Recommended H410M motherboards:  Or something.

The gigabyte h410m h v2 looks to be quite popular, so does the Asrock and MSI H410M Pro. All 3 will do the same for gaming
