Urgent help pc won’t boot

Hi people, got a problem with this junker pc of mine, went to update my system and found out I need more stuff so out the pc back together and ssd but now I’m stuck in a loop that either gives me one error or puts me in this choose an option or turn of screen and can’t figure it out please someone help me !:) thankyou

What more do you need to know lol I can’t boot it and those are the errors I’m getting lol I don’t have any more than that to give XD

Amazing so why would that be? Is it normal for unplugged ssd’s to lose that info ? I’m confused what and why it’s happened, and how can I fix it lol
