I would recommend the Razer Kraken 7.1, it has amazing sound quality and it is really light. I almost never feel it on the top of my head, it is perfect for longer gaming sessions plus the lights are amazing as well (one on the tip of the mic and one on both cups). But you have to download the software from the Razer site. (Razer Synapse 2.0) and it is saved in the cloud so you always need internet connection. 4.5 out of 5

A few friends of mine have the Logitech g35, they are really satisfied and the volume switch and the macro keys are really handy as well they gave it a 4.5 out of 5

The others I have never tried.

I recommend the Corsair 1500v2.  I have never used it but from what I hear its the best and I dont like Razer products after their crappy Synapse software and drivers messed up my computer.  I had to reinstall, if you want, you can pick up a decent sound card and the Logitech G230 and my G230 has great sound.

Of course similarly priced Senhieser and Audio Technica headsets might be better in terms of sound quality.

None of those headsets, Razers are shite, I've owned the G35, it's shite, and the Corsair is probably bad too, can't say for sure.

Anyhow, if it must be a headset get PC360, if you can do headphone + mic combo, get literally any headphones in your price range and a cheap clipon mic and you're good to go. You can also get a cheap pair of Superlux headphones like the HD668B or HD681 and a more expensive microphone like the Blue Snowball. The Superlux headphones are amazing for the price if you can find them.
