U9B OC

I have a U9B but I've really never tested it because I have a 1230V2. I might just slap the stock cooler on my current rig and put the U9B in my new mITX in the near future; what kind of OC is reasonable for this cooler?

 

I've got both 92mm fans, like recommended, without low noise adaptors in push pull. How far can I push a 4670K for example without getting above 70-75°?

prolly 1.25-1.3V depending on ambient s.
