I was wondering which of these is better for the price because i can afford all of them but dont want to waste my money. Where im from the 6950 xt is 689 euros, the 7900 xt is 899 euros and the 7900 xtx is 1149 euros. Or is there just another good gpu im forgetting?

From the research that I did (a ton of YouTube videos, really), it looks like 7900 XT is barely quicker than the 6950 XT. In some games, the 6950 XT can even be faster, but overall, I believe the 7900 XT is technically about 7% faster. And the 7900 XTX is 25-27% faster than 6950 XT.

Now. You asked which is better for the price, so look at it this way. Let's take 6950 XT as baseline at 690 euros. 7900 XT is 210 euros more, or 28.5% more expensive, for around 7% more performance. Not a great deal. 7900 XTX is 64% more expensive, for around 27% more performance. Not a good deal.

If you want the best and money is not an issue, of course the 7000 series will give you more, but since you asked which is the best for your money, it's the 6950 XT.

Personally, I just got the 6950 XT a few days ago, and so far, it's been amazing.

Honestly the 6950 XT is priced very well there - the 7900 XT's price is "meh" and the 7900 XTX is stupidly expensive.
If the 6950 XT's performance is enough for your needs, I wouldn't look any further as the recently released RTX 4070 is quite a bit slower for a similar price.

7900XT has the generational benefits and the 7900XTX is 27% more for almost no noticeable difference

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

If you're grading on a curve, the RX 7000 series is a decent value comparably when the RTX 4080 exists at +$1200 USD.

Depends on what games you play and what resolution. If you're not looking for top top tier performance and are just running 1440p, I'd argue just buying the RX 6700/6750 XT and waiting for better pricing.

GPUs at least have a minimum value, so the closer you get to that, the better value it'll be. Comparably, something like the RTX 4090 at +$1600 won't retain nearly the value when it'll sell for $400 in a couple years vs the RX 6750 XT at $380 in example, since worst case its like $150 used.

I guess so, although comparing yourself to an even worse offender rarely makes you look much better 😛 Nvidia's current prices are ridiculous, so RDNA 2 and RDNA 3 cards look great in terms of value. The 7900 XTX was supposed to be decent value but is stupidly expensive in this case, because it should retail for around $999. The 7900 XT's value was always questionable, so IMO it's either the top-end one or the 6950 XT which is priced very well considering its rasterization performance is on par with a 3090 Ti.

Normally I'd agree, however in this case it may not be that bad for the 4090. We're in an age of AI, ML and LLMs (Large language models) and owing to that, the 4090 may retain a lot of its value for longer than usual. This is obviously pure speculation on my part but I think it makes sense.

Hey now, don't sit and try to justify me spending $1700 on a graphics card, especially since I got it on launch day.

I'd still take it over the 7900 XTX simply because RTX 4090 go brr at 4K beyond comprehension. Beyond 4K specifically and RT, its kind of garbage comparably for gaming. The ability to enable ECC is something rarely covered, if that's even mainstream information.

If the 6900XT is even lower, that would be it with some overclock job you done on your own. 7900XT belongs at 100 euros lower, same with 7900XTX but in its MSRP so 899 euros.
