How can I cool this better

So im not 100% sure that I will actually go through and buy this but would it be possible to get something with more cooling performance under like $500 as of right now I have an NHD15 and NHT2 for thermal paste. Not really interested in going for a whole loop because I am just cooling the processor and dont have a GPU as of right now and also im kinda scared that im going to screw the whole thing up. Im open to all suggestions and thanks in advance.

Im looking for something like an AIO or something even further and im pretty sure it can be done

The NHD15 cools 700W, you don't need more than that.

Its literally at 105C constantly at 700w at a more realistic 300-350W it hits it in 5 mins

Regardless of the lie, look at 360mm AIO's from Deepcool, EK, Arctic.  They'll tame that CPU pretty well.  Does your case have room for a 360?

If I move around somethings around yeah as I kind of optimized for how can I not spend money on fans and not anything logical. For example one of my fans in the front is a 140 where a 120 is supposed to be and its hanging on by one screw. Also is delidding the CPU worth it

Which i5 do you have?  Depends on the generation.

 

If you have $500 for al this, you definitely have money to put in proper fans.  How is your whole setup done?

The i5 is a i5-13600K. The setup is the top front fan is a 140 and the other 2 are 120s all intake. The top are 2 140s also intake. The rear is one 120 exhaust. Is noctua PPC's worth it

and since your one of the kids who think ocing is cool in 2023 is cool thats the best you can do besides subzero or full custom loop for cpu. also you dont have a gpu so idk why you are ocing anyway
