pc only starts if power button is held down

My PC has been acting up. It only powers on when I hold down the power button for a few seconds, and if I press it quickly, it makes noise and flashes but doesn't turn on. Additionally, I have to unplug and plug in my sound card and keyboard almost every time I power on the PC to get them to work.

 

Having no other issues. Everything is updated included bios

Not sure but doesn't seem that bad just check up on your components to see if they're not getting damaged
