Networking Solution for Multi PCS/Consoles/TVS

I'm in the middle of opening up a gaming center, and would love to have the ability to share the screens of all the PCS/consoles in the building to roughly 20 mounted TVs along the walls with a click of a button. Currently we have looked at Gefen and Vanco products, unfortunately, with having 70 unique devices (50 PCS, 20 Consoles) this route is going to cost upwards of 50-100,000 dollars. Is there a cheaper solution that would allow us to be more setup like a buffalo wild wings where we can just flip the channel/click a button and change it to any device in the building?

if a second or so of latency isnt of concern, there is stuff like these:

https://visionaudiovisual.com/en/product/tc-matrixtx

it's a poor example because vision has EOL'ed them without a replacement, but i'm pretty sure other companies make the exact same device.

the short of it is this: up to 100 source and 100* destination devices, you just set the destination device to what source you want, and done.

(* you can technically share ID's on the destination devices, so perhaps you arent limited to number of ID's there)

other than that.. vision liked to claim it was all special proprietary stuff, but i'm pretty darn sure it's some vague standard device.
