Do KVM Switches work with TVs ?

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't. KVMs just output a display signal, as long as the display can accept that signal it should work. 

 

I could've sworn Wendell at Level1Techs has one hooked up to his LG OLED TV, though I could be wrong about that (and probably am).

Upon doing a quick Google search I found very little on the topic, the vast majority of posts mentioned using a Monitor.

 

But I don't wanna assume anything, does anyone know if KVM Switches work when using a TV as display?

yes. it's just a (HDMI, presumably) signal being switched to different inputs.
