Its a legit thing. They're giving out a ton of beta codes right now.

And it prevents malicious sites from accessing your session information elsewhere (like forums,Facebook, Google or Twitter). It's always a good thing – if you absolutely want to check out a potentially malicious site – to first open it in incognito.

My point was that if it is malicious you can still get a virus just as easily as any other site.

People will talk to other companies like EA and get emails of people who Beta/apha tested for them. I got invited to GRO Beta and Transformers Universe, and BF: P4F w/o signing up.
