They're going to send out 4 letters to you and when that fails they'll stop. They don't seem to realise that most 'offenders' already know they are doing something illegal and just don't care.

 

it has to be the most stupid thing yet.. and I swear some ISPs have already been doing it anyway.

 

There is no solution to the problem unless you want to put half the country in prison.
