should be slightly cooler, might not give better performance, depends on the design of the 3rd party card (better power design, better OCing, higher binned chip etc)

i need to know the difference between the temperature not the performance.

I couldnt find a 780ti, but this is a g10 on a GTX 780, should presumably give a similar difference, seems quite effective

wow nice temps tho.

But is it worth to buy g10 and AIO just to get that kind of improvement in temp?

In my opinion?  No

it will void warranty for one, and it seems once it hits the higher clocks the performance difference begins to get smaller, though they did manage to push the card higher.

Also cards like the Twin Frozr already have way better temps than the stock cooler, and better performance too, come with warranty and everything.

But that is just my opinion. I am somebody that did run my 4770k on a stock cooler for a while and didnt really care - putting a h100i in pretty much for looks

so in simple terms you say dont get it and just go with non reference cooler?

Yes, I would also worry about other parts of the card getting hot, like the VRMs and board as there is no air moving over the rest of the parts of the card other than the GPU

Look at the vrm temps, not that much better, if you're going to go water, go full block or not at all. Of course, if there's not a block made for your gpu, then maybe look at a g10 and some vrm heat sinks.
