AMD 7900XTX Stopped Working

I was wondering if anyone else has been having issues with their 7900XTX. It was working great out first and I never noticed temps hitting 105C like others. The only issue I ever noticed was every once in a while I would have to unplug the HDMI from the GPU and plug it back in. Today however the GPU now does not output any video and when I open up AMD Adrenaline it shows that it's using the integrated GPU on my 7700X instead of the 7900XTX. The only degrading I saw was that The Last of Us was doing about 80-100fps but this morning it was about 70-80 which I figured may have just been the area I was in but at the next boot the GPU stopped outputting. I have attempted to reseed it, unplug and replug in all cables including power cables and trying different HDMI and DP cables but to no avail.

Is it one of the reference cards?Some of those had cooler problems and the card needs to me rma back.
