Stuck on Aptio Setup Utility

A while back I was using my computer (ASUS n551j) as normal and suddenly it froze, the screen went black and the blue aptio setup utility screen popped up. This has happened before when I have started it up, so i pressed save and exit and it worked before, but this doesn't work now. I have tried some fixes on google and found they have not fixed the issue, does anyone have any tips?
