Software Raid on windows 10

I have a NAS pc. which has a software Raid on windows 10. 

I need to upgrade the PC as its very old and runs very slow. 

If I use the same boot drive can I use move the Hard Drives across to the new PC and the Software raid, will stay in tact? Or should I back it all up and then start fresh on New PC?

Just try it and find out you shouldn't lose any data but double check that from someone else

What sotrage raid is this? Is it storage spaces? 

It should work in a new pc though.
