Does this order matter?

Go to solution Solved by helping,

Go in the shortest possible order you can when making the loop as long as the reservoir is before the pump.

The velocity of water makes it that the difference in temperature between any arbitrary point in the loop is no more than a degree or so.

You lose more performance by laying your loop out into some ridiculously long goofball spaghetti roll type creation

Also I loathe your profile picture.

Hey guys, I'm about to expand on my open loop system. All my specs are on the bottom.

Currently, it goes Res -> Pump -> 360mm radiator -> GTX 770 -> i7 4770K.

I want to change it to go Res -> Pump -> 360mm radiator -> GTX 770s -> i7 4770K -> 240mm radiator. Does it matter if it goes from the GTX 770s -> 240mm radiator -> 4770K or if it goes GTX 770 -> 4770K -> 240mm radiator?

My PC's Specs:

Case: Corsair Air 540

Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula

CPU: Intel i7 4770K

RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 8GB

GPU: 2x Geforce GTX 770s

PSU: Corsair RM850

Pump: Alphacool VPP655 with Alphacool HF D5 pump top

Radiators: 1x XSPC EX360, 1x XSPC EX240

Nope. The loop temp is off by MAYBE 2 degrees in different parts. You're good

Just keep your Res before your Pump.

Only good time is maybe in the summer

There is no summer in Siberia.

Hence why the true answer is: Never.
