Cpu usage

Hi guys i m getting some weird things in my cpu for example i have at task manager 89% of cpu usage (constantntly) but in xbox game bar is very low and oscilating,supposely normal, the temps as i see at the hw monitor are normal for low use it s at 35-50ºC 

Should i be worried?

This task manager:  what apps are using all this cpu?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
