PSU for first pc build

Should I go with a non modular, a semi modular or a fully modular psu? which psu should I get.. My case is going to be mid tower, and the psu needs to be minimum 600 watts and under £100/$125

Here is the cpu: Amd ryzen 7 5700g and gpu: gtx 1080 ti. On the box for the gpu it says minimum 600w with a pc including intel core i7

After looking online, I'll be able to get away with 550w psu instead of above 600w

650w is fine. All the above PSUs are sufficient and from high quality.
