it has a 5600x amd cpu, 16 gigs of ram, a msi mother board and 650wat power supply gold rated, and a 3060 evga graphics card

i have tried the gpu drivers, i even tried a new storage thinking the one i had got was to cheap and still same problem

Crash after boot is traditionally a memory problem. (Though it can be lots of stuff) first thing I’d try is making sure the memory is installed correctly.  If that fails reinstall it a bunch of times to clear any possible corrosion. If that fails see if maybe there’s a cat hair or paper crum or something in the slot.  If that fails rum memtest86 a couple of times.  If that comes up clean it’s not a memory problem.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
