You can use the recovery disks that came with your desktop. Or you can create your own image file. Here's a tutorial http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

The desktop did not come with recovery discs.

When I try the link you provided, the SETUP says that my key is not working (I retrieved it using Jellybean).

 

Why can't Microsoft just give me the ability to download a clean copy of Windows, this kind of situation makes people PIRATE even more.

No, it's not. Microsoft just treats Windows users as PIRATES. We just want a clean copy of Windows to be able to reinstall the OS.

I found a burned copy of Win 8 RTM, installed it, activated it with the key that came with the PC using Jellybean.

Btw, I got the ISO from a torrent website. THANKS MICROSOFT!!!
