You probably should contact support. Hopefully your experience is better then mine. Ordered on the 18th received tracking info that day. Checked with support on the status of the order today as it was stuck at "Shipment Data Received" since the 18th. LTT support reports that it was lost even tho it hadn't made it to the shipper yet? Had to threaten a charge back to get a full refund as they have sold out and wanted to pull some store credit shenanigans.
