I think ESET was one of the decent ones, id keep it until it runs out. I know someone who develops apps and some get detected by windows defender for no reason, but eset is decent and doesnt give him those false positives

Should I uninstall ESET on my brand new Dell Inspiron 14 7420 2-in-1 or wait until my subscription is expired?

Because I heard on the website like Microsoft Defender and Malwarebytes are only good antivirus and you don't need 3rd party antivirus except of Malwarebytes

Years and years ago ESET was one antivirus that didn't eat half your RAM. At the time when you didn't usually have lots of it to spare.
