Suggestions for my build

Budget (including currency): 1000-1100 euro

Country: germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: content creation, comp gaming

i configured two pc builds but i dont know which one is better. so i would like to have your suggestions and tips

(i plan to put 3070 or 3080 in the pc, but its not in the budget here)

OP already says that they are going to add a 3070 or 3080.

 

PC1 is already very good but that H510 is a deadweight. I highly recommend you to swap to the similarly formed Fractal Design Pop Air which has better opened front panel and better integrated fans than that of H510, which would also omit the need for a fan pack. From there you should get yourself a 2TB nvme SSD because 1TB is not a lot to go off of nowadays.
