This is going to be my first ever PC build and I'm just wondering if all of this will fit in the case and work together. Also any other suggestions on the water cooling or will this one I picked work out well? Also I just picked a random cheap sound card, do I need one at all?

Open to any changes you think will be better but the i9 and 4070 I cant change.

Is there any reason why? What are your uses?  You will definitely need a better cooler for a 13900k though

You'd be better with an i7, costs less and less power consumption, with an i9 you need a beefier 360 cooler imo

A 360mm aio is probably what id be looking for in terms of cooling a 13900k. Only slight problem is the hyte y40 only supports up to a 280mm aio. You'd have to get a y60 to be able to mount it. This leads your list looking a bit something like this

For free? If so beggars cant be choosers so we gotta work around the cooling issue. @Ryuikko pretty much nails it to the head.
