Explain these transfer speeds

Why am I never reaching the transfer speeds advertised on the SD card. Like, where's the bottleneck?? SD card is in a USB 3 dock, connected to a USB 3 multiplier, idk what it's called, then into the PC

Sandisk has an add on to the SD UHS-I spec that supports about up to about 200mB/s instead of 100mB/s. Thats why your limited to that speed. Get a different card reader that supports the sandisk addons and you will get the full speed.
