Google Translate can do images : https://translate.google.com/?sl=auto&tl=en&op=images

Use Alt+ PrtScr , paste in paint or whatever as png (because you want lossless, sharp text) and save to png, then upload to google translate.

Alternatively, you can figure those out using Registry Editor as those settings are read from registry.

For example, look in the Details tab to get the hardware IDs .. for example here's my network card:

image.png.77c7ef177613b4d0b17832bfea193c55.png

Now you have to go in registry to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\

and from there, search that line  ... in my case it's :

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8125&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_05\A72E8C4DC018000000

There, you will see a ClassGUID , that's the code you care about :

image.png.f5e9359e96d11d8f1722e092528f9ce2.png

Now you can double click or right click and select modify, to open a text box and copy that GUID value and now you can just search for that value in registry

In my case, the path is HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\

Inside that, it's a folder called 0001, and inside that it's a folder NDI, and inside that it's a folder params, that's where the parameters are listed.

In your case, it may not be 0001, it may be 0002 or other value.

Folders should still be in English, but ParamDesc on the right would be in Russian.

I want to change advanced adapter settings for ethernet like dupleks and speed etc but all are in russian .in windows 11 language settings I have chosen english but it still is in russian language

If the Windows was set to Russian initially, my guess would be to uninstall and reinstall the drivers while set to English. Might have chosen the GUI language for the driver at install.

Don't suppose you have an android phone with the translate app? Not sure if Apple has something similar.

Mine worked pretty well. Just point it at the screen and in real time it converts to english.
