13900K Cooling, help.

I have another question regarding this topic.

Currently, for undervolting, I have been using power limits (PL1: 125, PL2: 250W) and an adaptive core voltage offset of -100mV.

Now, I have been reading a lot online about undervolting or further undervolting using Load Line Calibration, VF curves, and AC/DC Load Line. However, I am having trouble understanding these options.

I have a Gigabyte Z690M Aorus Master Elite AX with the latest BIOS firmware, F22. Can someone explain to me how to use these settings and maybe give me a few values I can use to start dialing them in?
