Laptop has power limit issues

I used MSI Afterburner to check the performance of my laptop because while playing my frames would sometimes drop to half and couldn't understand why it happened.
As you may see on the graph, the power level is at 9w until it goes to 250w all of the sudden and that's during gameplay, sometimes it fixes itself for a while, but it's just a back and forth.
