Any 5 PCI case will work. Prodigy M or 350d or node 804 for example. And you need a mobo like G1 Sniper M5.

I don't like the 350d for sli. I prefer non-reference cards.

 

1. Is almost as big as the 450d which obviously have more slots and better airflow.

 

2. If you go sli with the 350 you may have to either water cool the cards or go with reference blower style cards if you want good temps. That PSU below tsk tsk me don't like it.

Now with a Node 804 in my opinion you can go with non-reference cards, there's no PSU below, instead there's a filtered grill the bottom card can use to draw cool air.
