Help. CPU not boosting

Hi Guys, 

 

I have this issue using Biostar A320MH V6.7 motherboards. These boards have no issues with 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen processors, but 5th gen Ryzen processors don't boost past base clock. any ideas? Already messaged Biostar on the issue but probably won't get a reply.

What CPU in specific? The board is very horrid in VRM build so it wouldnt be surprising to know its power throttling.
