Hello.
Is there an OS for a phone to be created for gaming?
How to download them? (I have a Xiaomi phone)

I haven't seen on specifically for gaming in a while. However in the past I have seen such a thing that claimed to be. Really they were just sort of stripped down ROMs, occasionally they included kernels that overclocked the CPU and or GPU. 

 

I would search your phone model on XDA and see what is available.
