I bought and built my own PC, downloaded the stuff I needed (I think) but my new computer has blue screened 2-4 times in the past few days and my apps keep randomly restarting/crashing, its really disheartening since its my first time building a PC and idk if somethings super wrong or not.

Specs:

I9-13900K

Gigabyte Eagle OC 4070TI

Gigabyte Z790 X AX

Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 Dominator Platinum RGB C36

Corsair RM850e 850W 80+ Gold PSU

What BlueScreen errors are you getting?

It's quite important that we know what you've tried and what errors you are encountering.

Otherwise we're just guessing. 🙂

I tried to take a photo, ut ill let you know once happens again! :

try to remove one ram stick .. if it is same problem.. use the other one. you can try different slots.. but channel a slot 1 or channel b slot 1 should be primary test slots, check in manual what first ramslot to be populated should be.

On my motherboard itself it says "A2 and B2 first" which is where I put them, but ill remove one and see if i get one, im guessing i should remove the B slot first

and if one work. swap around and try the other one.

if both works alone.. check with qualified vendor list if your ram set are supported for XMP in your mainboard.
