Your current PSU is more than a lot better and it seems like it can do all the 265w on the 12v rails. For a system with 2nd gen i5 and GTX 1650 (you have one that takes all the pwr form the PCI-e slot) it's hard to push it over 180w. I'd say the Dell PSU is fine.

Full range input without a voltage switch.

Because it's Gold rated I expect it to have DC-DC on the secondary side which means a lot better voltage regulation than the group regulated Shivox shit box.

Much more efficient. I doubt the Shivox is hitting 70% while the Dell is up to 90% efficient.

I also like the badges on the box for the now-(sadly)-defunct ATi and AMD Phenom. And Core2.

And is that a Vista badge I see on there?

I wouldn't even keep that thing as a spare, it'd go straight in my e-waste bin. Doesn't even have a 6 pin PCI-E on it. Please don't spend money on that.

Holy. 20 amps on the 3.3V rail.

This thing is straight out of 1999, it even has a power connector for the monitor (WHY did they even add it?). They've only added +4 pins to the ATX connector and the SATA power connectors to make it look newer, which isn't that hard.

SID is right, the Dell is better considering you're using a 1650.

Could be useful to power something that isn't a computer, some LEDs, light bulbs, small motors, or at least to extract some components out of it. If this is 15 bucks I'd grab one. And for the vintage look of it.

True, the 3.3v rail with that much amperage would be good for an Athlon XP setup or similar era gear.
