Just asking, if anyone had bought anything from the LTT store, and if it was possible to change the shipping address even though the item that was bought had already shipped. I'm asking, as I had bought the Northern Lights desk pad, a couple weeks back, but did not realize until it had shipped, that I did not put in my P.O. Box adress instead my home adress for shipping. Because where I live, anything I order has to be sent to the P.O. Box not to my home adress. Is there a why to fix that or will I need to cancelle the order, and order the desk pad again?

 

Update*(got an email back fom ltt.support and was able to ge the situation fixed. Thank you everyone for the help and advise.)

Their response time is supposed to be down to hours and not weeks/days. If you ave not received a response by now, check your spam folder or give them a day or two, they launched the tech pouch this weekend and probably need to gfo through the backlog.

 

They also mark the item as shipped really early and pack them couple of days later. Seems to be easier for their logistic team and you have some time to change the adress after the fact.

If the parcel is on its way already and left their facility, you could try to contact the carrier. E.g DHL or Hermes or USPS.

Normally once something is shipped and in the hands of the courier there's not much they can do to recall or redirect it. If you have a tracking number you could contact the shipping company and talk to them about redirecting it to the PO box.

over here most couriers allow to redirect to a pickup point (intended for when you're not at home). depending on who does the last mile delivery that might be the best option.

 

as for redirecting the shipment itself to a different address.. most couriers just dont.
