Black Screen...

[Linus Dropppppppppp Tips]

Hello I am currently trying to troubleshoot my friend's pc but no luck, we've tried unpluging, repluging motherboard, gpu, cpu cables but still no luck. Everytime he boots it up his monitor just says "No Signal" he uses a HDMI cable.

 

His Specs:

MONITOR: Samsung Odessy

CPU: N/A
GPU: GTX 1060
RAM: N/A
PSU: Corsair 650w
MOTHERBOARD: some kind of Gigabyte board

I would try to run the on board graphic through the cpu and see if you still get a black screen

he doesn't have intergrated graphics

Motherboard seems to be getting power the cpu fan is on
