None worth buying as the price to performance is terrible like the 7750, there's really only compute cards like the K4000 and W7000 that are powerful but aren't for gaming and sound like a 747 is taking off so a better case is needed if it can't have a dual slot card.

Not really, but I believe the GTX 750ti is single slot, just don't expect 780ti level performance with this form factor. Why do you ask?

If you are up for it, an R9 295x2 on a custom loop with an FC block and a single slot I/O cover will be the most powerful single slot card for gaming in current existence.

Any good and decent single slot gaming cards

Generally not very good to be honest. The higher end cards will all have double slot cooling solutions, otherwise the cards might simply overheat.

Did you read what I said? Since all I/O ports are on a single slot, you can remove the existing cover and use a single slot cover. This has been done before with many cards such as the AMD 7990: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/20889/ex-blc-1497/EK_Radeon_VGA_IO_Bracket_-_HD7990_EK-VGA_IO_bracket_HD7990_SE.html?tl=g30c309s1876&id=sdZu3qvn
