So today I finished up building my pc.I had it in for about a hour installing windows and out of no where my Psu mad a loud pop sound and sparked.I think all of the other parts in my pc are ok they were still lighting up still .I just bought a new Psu and I’m wondering if I try to put it in my pc will I have the same problem?Edit:I got my new psu in and it seems to be working fine.

It should be fine but make sure to change the power cable just in case it's the problem
