hello so i built a pc around years and half ago or whenever it was the 30 series released 3070 5800x play games around 8-12 hours a day mostly world of Warcraft however i do occasionally play some warzone or red dead redemption god of war and i usually play on the highest graphics i can with stable fps never had any issues before ten today i come to play Hogwarts legacy and i pressed play immediately my pc switched off puzzled i tried again it happened again so i opened msi afterburner turnt up my fan speed to 100% tried again same thing i reinstalled the game same thing i decided to try a occt test on my power supply after 7 seconds it booted off again so i immediately rushed to order a new psu on amazon so i could get it next day but the i become curious what if it weren't a psu issue and a heat issue i tried a occt cpu test after 4 minutes it stopped because my cpu reached 90 degrees could this heat issue also be a psu issue possibly not powering fans i checked my event viewer and i have a kernel power 41 critical error so i think its not just the heat issue and more the psu but i could be wrong if anyone has any knowledge and advice to help it would be much appreciated.
