A have a good deal on a psu called powerx rex 3 500w

Is this a good brand qoz I've never heard of it before and I'm tight on budget 

I have an i3 9100 with an rx 470

Don’t buy that. It would be better to get something like the thermaltake smart or the Evga 550 bp.

Is the brand that bad? 

Coz my budget won't allow me a big brand they are very expensive here

Where is here? And there is no info on them so it is hard to know their quality, and the same problem for the fact that it is not even on pcpartpicker showed it likely is not good quality. The thermaltake smart is only 38.00$ if only 80+.

The Evga 550 bp is fine. I use it
