as a matter of fact you won't really get much bass with small speakers. If you want bass, and small speakers, consider a subwoofer under the desk. E.g. klipsch promedia 2.1. 
 

can you suggest something that doesn't take up half my desk?  ill make room for the woofer but i still need some speakers that are suited to being 2 feet from my face and the promedias seem to bulky

I'm hard pressed to come up with a speaker physically smaller than a klipsch promedia satelite. I could fit a half dozen of them in the size of an ES15

again i would like to mention that i am am currently using a bose mini soundlink sound bar and am looking for speaker set that is of similar size, heck even a soundbar with a subwoofer wouldnt be bad

How hard are you looking?  Or are you just asking here?

 

Did you do a Soundbar search for Amazon?  For example this is silly but is a 19" soundbar with subwooker:

Or for more serious, the Razer Leviathan is a soundbar + subwoofer.. that should fit your size requirements.  At some point, you need to loosen your size constraints (if it doesn't fit perfectly, it's okay), or just give up.

Damn inch measurements threw off my

actual measurements, turns out it was in centimetres,

the klipsch set fits just fine 

although looking at the Amazon page,

can those run on indian power ? They seem only to support 120 volt and not the 220 we have here

Going to go with no, not high quality sound.  They may sound good to you at lower levels but they can't compare to the Klipsch or especially the studio monitors.

bro who wants high sound. it also has a bass controller on the subwoofer. + the bass automatically gets controlled during sound control

Right but it doesn't have the range.  Turning volume up or very low, it loses quality.

is the regular leviathan a good idea or is the v2 worth the extra cost?

Regular is good, v2 is more of a refinement from what I have heard.  It's a good PC speaker set, for gaming, music, etc. 

 

You're not going to rock the block.  Some people use their PC for watching movies and wanting to fill the entire house with sound.

i just realised an issue is that due to me weird ass desk, there won't be space to fit the monitor, the soundbar and my keyboard on my desk at the same time, also remember the lg gaming speaker that they reviewed in one of the ltt videos, i just checked it out and it seems to fit my requirements perfectly with one major issue being the price, so i am asking you if you would happen to know of something similar for cheaper?

also new gripe, turns out the leviathan is fine but I'm not sure how much subwoofer i want, then i turn to the razer nommo but then i realise i am sacrificing thx and dolby surround and things by moving away from a soundbar and then i get confused between the panasonic soundslayer and the leviathan v2 after i fanally get a measuring tape out and then measure my desk fully
