Nvidia misreading Wacom tablet as DVI input, color range affected

(4070 ti, GR driver v. 528.49)

 

I noticed an issue in colors when opening Photoshop on my Cintiq 13

While the following is what that's supposed to look:

However, if you look at the histogram and layer panels, the colors are displaying fine in there:

I have no Idea what's going on, the tablet is connected via HDMI, But it's being detected as DVI, so it's displaying a limited color gamut, however, It's still dispplaying the colors just fine in other apps like windows photos:

What's going on?
