Hello,
I just build a PC couple of weeks ago, I am using a Lian Li Mini case and Arctic Liquid Freezer ii AIO 280mm. I am using a Push Pull configuration for AIO the problem is when I tried install the GPU (RTX 3080), it was touching the fan, the PCIe tab didn't lock itself, I had to pull the tab and it locked without any problem.
The GPU posted without any problem and  run FURMARK for 15-20 min, it work as expected. but i am little concerned about it.
Should I remove the fans ?2016541066_WhatsAppImage2023-02-21at01_20_28.thumb.jpg.ba1160172daba17245f31806b0125800.jpg595314306_WhatsAppImage2023-02-21at01_20_29.thumb.jpg.7415016e7f945a2c0ff89ed4eb293b26.jpg

It's not really going to hurt anything but that half/third of your AIO (however many fans are being obstructed by the GPU) aren't really doing anything useful.

I would consider seeing if you can relocate the AIO to the top or side of the case.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

When you go to move that radiator to the top of the case, you'll more than likely find that it hits the rear IO of the motherboard. These will fix that. I had to use them to get my Arctic 360 mounted in the top of the case.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

That doesnt look bad at all, the lower fan that its lightly blocking is still able to push / pull a lot of air. And you got 2 fans feeding the GPU.  Absolutely no problem at all.
